61 Pa. Code § 901.116 — Change in ownership or personnel

The manufacturer shall make a written report to the Department of changes of responsible persons engaged in the business of the manufacturer. This report shall also include a change in the management, ownership, directorship or equity ownership of 10% or more, and a change in the manufacturer’s representatives.
