61 Pa. Code § 816.109 — Ticket responsibility

(a) A Cash 5 ticket is a bearer document until signed. A Cash 5 prize claim is deemed to be submitted by the person whose name appears on the ticket or in the case of a ticket not completed with name and address, by the person holding the ticket. (b) The Commonwealth will not be responsible for lost or stolen Cash 5 tickets. (c) The purchaser of the Cash 5 ticket has the sole responsibility for checking the accuracy and condition of the data printed on the ticket at the time of the purchase. (d) The Commonwealth will not be responsible for Cash 5 tickets redeemed in error by a player from an on-line retailer.
