61 Pa. Code § 816.107 — Time, place and manner of conducting drawing

(a) Time of drawing . A Cash 5 drawing will be held once a week or as determined and publicly announced by the Secretary. (b) Place of drawing . A Cash 5 drawing will be conducted by the Lottery at a location designated by the Secretary. (c) Manner of conducting drawings . The Lottery will draw at random, five numbers between 1 and 39, with the aid of mechanical drawing equipment, which will be known as the winning numbers.
