61 Pa. Code § 811.14 — Claim center verification

The claim center shall verify the claim, and if acceptable, deliver one copy of the claim form to the claimant. The claim center shall forward the winning ticket and a copy of the claim form to the Bureau for validation. Upon validation by the Bureau, a check shall be forwarded to the claimant in payment of the amount due. In the event that the claim is not validated, the claim shall be denied and the claimant shall be promptly notified. Cross References This section cited in 61 Pa.
