61 Pa. Code § 809.33 — Purchase restrictions

(a) No ticket shall be purchased by, and no prize shall be paid to any officer, or employe of the State Lottery Commission or the Division of the State Lottery in the Department or to any spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principal place of abode of any of the foregoing persons. (b) None of the individuals referred to in subsection (a) of this section, shall have any interest, direct or indirect in dealing in the lottery or in the ownership or leasing of any property or premises used by or for the lottery.
