61 Pa. Code § 809.2 — Procedures to be followed by agents of the Bureau

(a) Authorized agents of the Bureau shall come into the banks and receive the lottery tickets from safekeeping. (b) Authorized licensed agents of the Bureau shall deposit in the bank monies for the account of the State Lottery Fund. The agents shall also place in safekeeping unsold lottery tickets, redeemed winning lottery tickets, records of ticket sales, and winner claim forms which will subsequently be withdrawn from safekeeping by the Bureau.
