61 Pa. Code § 809.1 — Procedures to be followed by Bureau

(a) The Bureau will make arrangements for safekeeping and record keeping activities with certain designated banks throughout this Commonwealth. (b) The Bureau will deliver weekly to the banks, for safekeeping, lottery tickets which will be held for the State lottery.
