Nev. Rev. Stat. § 374.360 — Date tax due

Except
as otherwise provided in NRS 374.385 or
required by the Department pursuant to NRS
360B.200 , the taxes imposed by this chapter are due and payable to the
Department monthly on or before the 20th day of the month next succeeding each
month.
