Nev. Rev. Stat. § 374.255 — Presumption of purchase for use in this State

It shall be further presumed that tangible
personal property shipped or brought to a county by the purchaser after July 1,
1967, was purchased from a retailer on or after July 1, 1967, for storage, use
or other consumption in the county.
