Nev. Rev. Stat. § 370.579 — Contents of license

Each
license must set forth:
1.  The name of the person to whom it is
issued. If the license is issued under a fictitious name, the license must also
set forth the name of each of the persons conducting the business under the
fictitious name.
2.  The location, by street and number, of
the premises for which the license is issued.
