Nev. Rev. Stat. § 370.561 — “Warehouse or distribution center” defined

“Warehouse or distribution center” means a
building in this State which is owned, leased or rented and operated by a
manufacturer, wholesale dealer of cigarettes, wholesale dealer of other tobacco
products or tobacco retail dealer for the temporary storage of cigarettes or
other tobacco products.
