Nev. Rev. Stat. § 370.50332 — Posting and transfer of license

1.  Each holder of a license shall include
the license information on the Internet website of the licensee.
2.  Licenses are nontransferable, except
that upon prior written notice to the Department the location of the premises
for which the license was issued may be changed.
