Nev. Rev. Stat. § 369.530 — Inspections of vehicles and premises
1. In order to obtain evidence of any
violation of this chapter, the Department, its agents, and all peace officers
and revenue-collecting officers of this state shall have the right of
visitation and inspection of any vehicle or place where they may have reason to
believe liquor is stored, warehoused or kept for sale, or which might be in
transit on or in other than common, contract or permitted carriers. Such
visitation and inspection shall be conducted during business hours and no
domicile shall be searched except by virtue of a search warrant.
2. Whenever a vehicle other than a common
or contract carrier is stopped, the operator shall be required to exhibit his
or her permit of conveyance, and if the operator has none he or she shall be
dealt with according to law or the regulations of the Department.
