Nev. Rev. Stat. § 369.495 — Unlawful to make, store, possess or transport liquor with intent to defraud State; penalty

NRS  369.495    Unlawful to make, store, possess or transport liquor with intent
to defraud State; penalty.
1.  It is unlawful for a person to make,
store, possess or transport liquor with the intent to defraud the State.
2.  A person who violates the provisions of
this section is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided
in NRS 193.130 .
