Nev. Rev. Stat. § 369.382 — Suppliers: Authority to engage in business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages restricted

NRS  369.382    Suppliers: Authority to engage in business of importing,
wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages restricted.    Except as otherwise provided in NRS 369.386 , 369.415 , 597.230 ,
597.235 and 597.237 , a supplier shall not engage in the
business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages in this
State.
