Nev. Rev. Stat. § 369.320 — Counties, cities and towns not prohibited from requiring licenses

NRS 369.320 Counties, cities and towns not prohibited from requiring
licenses. Nothing in this chapter
shall be deemed to prohibit any county, city or town in Nevada from requiring
an importer or seller of liquor to obtain a local license before engaging in
such business.
