Nev. Rev. Stat. § 366.210 — 366.210

NRS 366.210 Tax in lieu of tax imposed by chapter 365 of NRS. The tax imposed by this chapter shall be in
lieu of the tax imposed by chapter 365 of NRS
in connection with special fuel as defined in NRS
366.060 .
