Nev. Rev. Stat. § 366.206 — Special fuel dealer not to collect tax on certain exempt sales

A special fuel dealer shall not collect the
tax on special fuel from a purchaser who is exempt from the tax on special fuel
pursuant to NRS 366.200 .
