Nev. Rev. Stat. § 365.610 — Enforcement by sheriffs and other peace officers

County sheriffs and all other peace officers
and traffic officers of this State shall, without further compensation, assist
in the enforcement of this chapter, and they shall make arrests for this
purpose when requested by the Department or its duly authorized agents.
