Nev. Rev. Stat. § 365.450 — Injunction or other process to prevent collection prohibited

No injunction or writ of mandate or other
legal or equitable process shall ever issue in any suit, action or proceeding
in any court against this State or any officer thereof to prevent or enjoin the
collection under this chapter of any excise tax assessed by the Department.
