Nev. Rev. Stat. § 365.304 — Term and transferability of license; regulations for renewal of license

NRS  365.304    Term and transferability of license; regulations for renewal of
license.
1.  A license issued pursuant to this chapter:
(a) Is valid for 1 year, unless suspended,
revoked or cancelled.
(b) Is not transferable.
2.  The Department shall adopt regulations
providing for the renewal of such licenses.
