Nev. Rev. Stat. § 365.280 — Application for license

Before
becoming a dealer, supplier, exporter or transporter, a person shall apply to
the Department, on forms to be prescribed and furnished by the Department, for
a license authorizing the applicant to engage in business as a dealer,
supplier, exporter or transporter.
