Nev. Rev. Stat. § 361.822 — Examination of records by Department

To
verify the accuracy of any report filed pursuant to NRS 361.831 or, if no such report is filed,
to determine the compliance of a heavy equipment rental company with NRS 361.831 , the Department, or any person
authorized in writing by the Department, may examine the books, papers and
records of any person who is required to comply with NRS 361.831 .
