Nev. Rev. Stat. § 361.7384 — Confidentiality of information contained in claims

Except as otherwise provided by specific
statute, no person may publish, disclose or use any personal or confidential
information contained in a claim except for purposes connected with the
administration of the provisions of NRS
361.736 to 361.7398 , inclusive.
