Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360A.320 — Remedies supplemental; additional requirements unimpaired

The remedies provided for in NRS 360A.270 to 360A.320 , inclusive, are intended to
supplement any other remedies provided for in this chapter or chapter 365 , 366
or 373 of NRS. The provisions of NRS 360A.270 to 360A.320 , inclusive, do not limit or
repeal any additional requirements imposed upon the Department by statute, or
otherwise by law.
