Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.92 — Adoption of regulations by Nevada Tax Commission for electronic submission of returns and remission of payments by credit card, debit card or electronic transfer of money

NRS  360.092    Adoption of regulations by Nevada Tax Commission for electronic
submission of returns and remission of payments by credit card, debit card or
electronic transfer of money.    The
Nevada Tax Commission shall adopt regulations providing for:
1.  The electronic submission of returns to
the Department; and
2.  The payment of taxes, fees, interest
and penalties to the Department through the use of credit cards, debit cards
and electronic transfers of money.
