Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.888 — Qualified project defined. [Effective through June 30, 2032.]

Qualified project means a project which the
Office of Economic Development determines meets all the requirements set forth
in subsections 2, 3, 5 and 6 of NRS 360.889 .
