Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.865 — “Project sponsor” defined

“Project
sponsor” means a person who acquires an ownership interest in a project and is
designated by the participants in the project to apply for a certificate of
eligibility for transferable tax credits pursuant to NRS 360.867 .
