Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.864 — “Project” defined

“Project”
means a project for the acquisition, development, construction, improvement,
expansion, reconstruction or rehabilitation of a qualified low-income housing
project, as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 42(g), located in this State.
