Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.620 — Enterprise district defined
Enterprise
district means a governmental entity which:
1. Is not a county, city or town;
2. Receives any portion of the proceeds of
a tax which is included in the Account; and
3. The Executive Director determines is an
enterprise district pursuant to the provisions of NRS 360.710 .
