Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.5974 — Fee for reinstatement of suspended or revoked permit

A seller whose permit has been previously
suspended or revoked shall pay the Department a fee of $15 for the issuance of
a permit. This fee shall be distributed in the same manner as the fees
collected pursuant to NRS 360.5972 .
