Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.520 — Limitation on withholding or transmitting assets

In administering the provisions of NRS 360.510 , the Department shall determine
as early as possible whether there have been withheld or transmitted sufficient
liquid assets to satisfy the claim of the State. As soon as the Department
determines that the assets have been withheld or transmitted, it shall consent
to a transfer or other disposition of all assets in excess of that amount.
