Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.470 — Remedies of State are supplemental; additional requirements unimpaired

NRS  360.470    Remedies of State are supplemental; additional requirements
unimpaired.    The remedies of the
State provided for in NRS 360.420 to 360.470 , inclusive, are intended to
supplement existing remedies applicable to specific taxes provided for in this
title. Nothing contained in NRS 360.420
to 360.470 , inclusive, shall be deemed
to limit or repeal additional requirements imposed upon the Department by
statute, or otherwise by law.
