Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.440 — Execution: Issuance; sale

Execution
shall issue upon the judgment upon request of the Department in the same manner
as execution may issue upon other judgments, and sales shall be held under such
execution, as provided in chapter 21 of NRS.
