Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.292 — Preparation and distribution of pamphlet regarding Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights

NRS  360.292    Preparation and distribution of pamphlet regarding Taxpayers’
Bill of Rights.    The Executive
Director shall cause:
1.  To be prepared in simple nontechnical
terms a pamphlet setting forth the Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights and a description
of the regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 360.2915 .
2.  A copy of the pamphlet to be:
(a) Posted on an Internet website maintained by
the Department;
(b) Made available to any person upon request at
the offices of the Department and the Department of Motor Vehicles, and public
libraries in each county of this State; and
(c) Distributed with each notice to a taxpayer
that an audit will be conducted by the Department.
