Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360.1 — Department and Executive Director defined

As used in this title, except as otherwise
provided in chapters 360A , 365 , 366 , 371 and 373 of
NRS and unless the context requires otherwise:
1. Department means the Department of
Taxation.
2. Executive Director means the
Executive Director of the Department of Taxation.
