NAC 375.430    Requests from certain counties for assistance in determining
amount of tax and exemptions. ( NRS 375.015 , 375.019 )
1.  The county recorder of a county whose
population is less than 30,000 may request assistance from the Department in
making determinations regarding the amount of any tax required to be collected
pursuant to chapter 375 of NRS and
whether a transfer or conveyance of real property is exempt from taxation.
2.  The Department will respond to a request
received pursuant to subsection 1 in a timely manner after receiving the
request and any supporting documents that are necessary to render such
assistance.
