NAC 375.040    “Deed of trust” and “trust deed” defined. ( NRS 360.090 , 375.015 )    “Deed of
trust” or “trust deed” means an instrument taking the place and serving the
uses of a common-law mortgage, by which legal title to real property is placed
in one or more trustees, to secure the repayment of a sum of money or the
performance of other conditions.
