NAC 375.330    Hearings: Duties of hearing officer after hearing; final
decision. ( NRS

1.  After the hearing of a contested case, a
hearing officer appointed by a county pursuant to NRS 375.320 shall prepare findings
of fact, conclusions of law and his final decision on the issues presented in
the hearing.
2.  The hearing officer shall service a copy
of his findings of fact, conclusions of law and decision upon all the parties
of record within 60 days after the date of the hearing.
3.  The decision of the hearing officer is a
final decision for the purposes of judicial review.
