NAC 373.190    Adjustment of reimbursement after audit or examination. ( NRS 373.083 )    If the Department
determines after an audit or examination conducted pursuant to NAC 373.180 that a taxpayer is not eligible
for the amount of reimbursement received, the Department may adjust the amount
of reimbursement.
