374.725 )    An air
carrier which desires to be exempt from the tax imposed pursuant to chapter 372 , 374 , 377 ,
or 377A of NRS must file a written
application on a form prescribed by the Department and submit evidence of its
eligibility for the exemption. Upon approval of the application, the Department
will issue a certificate of exemption.
