NAC 370.555    Submission and service of motions and responses to motions. ( NRS 370.250 ,
370.253 , 370.510 , 370.675 )
1.  All motions, unless made at a hearing,
must be:
(a) Made in writing; and
(b) Served on the opposing party and the hearing
officer at least 10 business days before the date of the hearing.
2.  Any response to a motion, other than a
motion made at a hearing, must be:
(a) Made in writing; and
(b) Served on the opposing party and the hearing
officer within 7 business days after receipt of the motion.
