NAC 370.525    “Respondent” defined. ( NRS 370.250 , 370.253 , 370.510 , 370.675 )    “Respondent”
means a licensee or manufacturer of tobacco products to whom the Department has
issued a notice of hearing pursuant to NAC
370.545 .
