NAC 370.240    Refund of precollected state tax: Effect of provisions. ( NRS 360.090 , 370.510 , 370.520 )    NAC 370.230 does not limit state statutes
regarding the sale of cigarettes or other tobacco products, including, without
limitation, chapter 370 of NRS, and is
not a waiver of the sovereign powers of tribes.
