NAC 370.015    Applicant for license: Compliance with chapter 370A of NRS. ( NRS 360.090 , 370.510 )    The
Department will not approve an application for a license pursuant to this
chapter if the applicant is not in compliance with the provisions of chapter 370A of NRS.
