NAC 368A.093    “Ticket broker” defined. ( NRS 360.090 , 368A.140 )    “Ticket broker” means a person who is not
affiliated with a taxpayer and who purchases an admission to a facility where
live entertainment is provided from the taxpayer for the purpose of resale to a
patron.
