NAC 368A.540    Violation constitutes unsuitable method of operation. ( NRS 368A.140 )    A violation of any of the provisions of NAC 368A.300 to 368A.540 ,
inclusive, or chapter 368A of NRS
constitutes an unsuitable method of operation subjecting a licensed gaming
establishment to the suspension or revocation of its gaming license.
