NAC 368A.395    “Ticket service provider” defined. ( NRS 368A.140 )    “Ticket service provider” means a person who,
pursuant to an agreement with a taxpayer or an operator and on behalf of the
taxpayer or operator, sells to a patron an admission to a facility where live
entertainment is provided.
