NAC 368A.393    “Ticket broker” defined. ( NRS 368A.140 )    “Ticket broker” means a person who is not
affiliated with a taxpayer or an operator and who purchases an admission to a
facility where live entertainment is provided from the taxpayer or operator for
the purpose of resale to a patron.
