1.  An application for a license to operate
as a special fuel dealer, special fuel supplier, special fuel user, special
fuel exporter or special fuel transporter must include the federal
identification number of the applicant’s business.
2.  As used in this section, “federal
identification number” means:
(a) Federal taxpayer identification number;
(b) Federal employer identification number; or
(c) Any other identification number issued by the
Internal Revenue Service.
